More than $1,000 in children’s clothes reported stolen

Officers responded Sept. 1 at 7 p.m. to a residential burglary in the 300 block of East Van Buren Street. A $200 TV, a $500 TV, $1,000 in shoes and $1,300 in children’s clothing were reported stolen.

Arrests/citations

Michael Nathaniel Hardin was charged Aug. 31 at 10:23 p.m. with aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs at a 1500 block of North Atkinson Avenue location.

Humberto Loya was charged Sept. 1 at 10:15 p.m. with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs at a 600 block of South Garden Avenue location.

Arson/criminal damage

Two $50 glass windows were reported damaged Aug. 30 at 12:45 a.m. at a 300 block of Birch Avenue location.

A $500 window and a $300 faucet were reported damaged Aug. 30 at 2:01 p.m. at a 700 block of South Montana Avenue location.

Larcenies/thefts

A tool box of miscellaneous tools with a combined value of $200 was reported stolen from a vehicle Aug. 28 at 1:38 p.m. at a 2300 block of North Main Street address.

Police on Aug. 30 at 7:13 a.m. were dispatched to the 200 block of East 23rd Street in reference to a reported wire fraud where $1,000 was reported stolen.

On Aug. 31 at 5:42 p.m. the following items were reported stolen from a 700 West Tilden Street address: a $1,400 trailer, a $500 lawnmower, a $400 blower and a $4,000 tractor.
