Biker’s Prayer

Dear God, as I begin the ride today,
Watch over me along the way,
Help me to do my very best,
To complete this ride with all the rest;
Yet in this race of life I know,
I’ve made mistakes and stumbled so,
But because of Christ’s great love for me,
His death on the cross has set me free!
So as I continue along the way,
help me to live the Christ-like way,
Though I’m not perfect by any means,
with JESUS CHRIST I’m on the winning team.

My Dad

A father’s touch, a Daddy’s kiss,
A grieving Daughter, the Dad I will always miss,
An empty house, an empty chair,
A father’s love, no longer there,
A broken heart, tear filed eye,
Another soul in the sky,
The times we shared,
The laughs we had,
Things I miss when I think of MY DAD,

In Memory Of A Special Dad

I’m holding back the tears today, remembering anew
those wonderful and precious years spent happily with you
And I can’t think of anything I wouldn’t give, to see
that loveable familiar face that meant so much to me
Just to spend a day with you and laugh with you again
for since you’ve been gone, Dad life’s never been the same
