Report of chair set on fire at Highland Drive location

A $500 wooden chair was set on fire and reported damaged Oct. 13 at 10:34 p.m. at a 3400 block of Highland Drive location.

 

Arrests/citations

Adan Murillo was charged Oct. 9 at 12:02 a.m. with aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs while at a 100 block of East 1st Street location.

Miranda Leigh Pacheco on Oct. 9 at 10:45 a.m. was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs while in the 1200 block of East 2nd Street.

Juan Carrete-Carrera was charged Oct. 10 at 3:05 a.m. with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs while at an 1100 block of West Alameda Street address.

Dale Josephine Joseph was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs on Oct. 15 at 1:31 a.m. at a 400 block of West 3rd Street address.

Arson/criminal damage

A Mercedes was reported to have sustained $200 in damage Oct. 9 at 11:06 a.m. in the 1900 block of West 1st Street.

On Oct. 9 at 10:32 p.m. a $500 TV was reported damaged at a 1000 block of West Summit Street location.

A $2,000 Xerox printer and a $700 window were reported damaged Oct. 12 at 10:49 a.m. in the 1600 block of West 2nd Street.

Larcenies/thefts

A $1,056.99 CV Scorpion firearm was reported stolen Oct. 10 at 8:28 a.m. from a 300 block of Mescalero Road location.

Police responded to a vehicle burglary Oct. 10 at 6:18 a.m. in the 3600 block of North Main Street. Tools and batteries with a combined value of $2,037.08 were reported stolen.

Police responded to a burglary Oct. 12 at 10:51 a.m. at a 1300 block of North Michigan Avenue location. A $300 miter saw was reported stolen.

On Oct. 12 at 1:42 a.m. a $160 tool box and a $120 trimmer were reported stolen from a 1000 block of West 3rd Street address.

A $1,200 Pit Bull was reported stolen Oct. 12 at 9:51 a.m. from a zero block of Cajun Street address.

Officers were dispatched to an 1800 block of South Washington Avenue residence Oct. 12 at 10:47 a.m. in reference to a burglary. The following items were reported stolen: a $300 drill set; a $500 boom box; a $200 bucket of paint; $1,000 in light fixtures; a $400 table saw; a $400 chop saw; a $500 air compressor; and two $20 ceiling fans.

On Oct. 13 at 8:19 p.m. a $700 cellphone was reported stolen from a 3600 block of North Main Street location.

Police were dispatched Oct. 14 at 5:30 p.m. to the 3000 block of North Washington Avenue in reference to a wire fraud report in which $2,865 was reported stolen.
