A $3,000 1980 Harley Sportster motorcycle was reported stolen Nov. 14 at 2:08 p.m. from a 200 block of North Kansas Avenue address.

Arrests/citations

Tisha Lamar was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Nov. 13 at 8:30 p.m. in the 400 block of West Country Club Road.

Jeffrey Mark Starnes was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Nov. 14 at 7:45 p.m. while in the 1400 block of North Sycamore Avenue.

Michael Leyba was charged Nov. 14 at 9:36 p.m. with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs while in the 1900 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue.

Dustin Bromley Deuley was charged with controlled substances, possession prohibited Nov. 17 at 10:02 a.m. while in the 3700 block of South Atkinson Avenue.

Arson/criminal damage

Lawn lamps valued at $50 were reported damaged Nov. 12 at 6:34 p.m. in the 1000 block of Fern Drive.

On Nov. 13 at 3:16 p.m. a $100 picket fence and a $500 garage door were reported damaged in the 400 block of North Missouri Avenue.

On Nov. 14 at 10:31 a.m. a vacant residence in the 500 block of South Pine Avenue was reported damaged in the 500 block of South Pine Avenue.

Larcenies/thefts

On Nov. 12 at 11 a.m. a $179 drone camera; a $24.74 switch starter kit; and a $299 handheld vacuum were reported stolen from a 4500 block of North Main Street location.

A $150 roll-up door was reported damaged Nov. 12 at 8:01 p.m. in the 2800 block of North Main Street.

A $1,500 television, a $100 key to a Hyundai and a $1 house key were reported stolen Nov. 13 at 12:04 a.m. from a 1500 block of North Montana Avenue address.

Police were dispatched Nov. 13 at 11:33 a.m. to the 700 block of North Main Street in reference to a stolen $450 iPhone.

Officers responded to a burglary Nov. 13 at 3:50 p.m. in the 200 block of West Bland Street. Reported stolen were: a $200 tool box; a $300 window; a $250 door; five gallons of paint, each valued at $20; and $10 in tools.

On Nov. 15 at 12:18 p.m., a $200 Echo Weed Eater was reported stolen from a 100 block of Gail Harris Street location.

A 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck was reported stolen Nov. 17 at 1:12 p.m. from the 1600 block of West Hendricks Street.

The following items were reported stolen Nov. 17 at 6:34 p.m. from the 500 block of East 19th Street: a $150 Xbox 360; a $150 Playstation 2; a $150 Nintendo WI; $150 in jewelry; six video games, each valued at $10; and two Playstation 2 Controllers, each valued at $10.
