Alice was the youngest of the family. “Little Sis” as she was known by all her brothers. Her parents adored her, and her brothers loved her, spoiled her, and protected her. Her mom was her best friend. They spent many hours together shopping, baking, cooking, and sewing.

Alice spent a lot of time visiting the hills of Arabela, NM, the birthplace of her parents. She would accompany her “Papi” on deer hunting trips, an activity they were both very skilled at.

Her “Papi” played the harmonica, and both would sing heartfelt corridos for hours on end. She also loved to dance and would turn any occasion into a celebration to dance. She definitely had a sense of humor, filling any gathering with her joyful laughter.

Alice had a heart of gold. She would help anyone in need. If she had what was needed and someone needed it, she gave it freely, without any strings attached.

Alice loved her family and friends dearly. Not only did she come from a large family, but her family continued to grow as many of her friends became her family as well. Anyone whom Alice met, instantly became her friend because she was so giving. She worked at The Billy the Kid Casino for 19 years where she made many dear friends.
